A Look at the 2021 Hybrid Honda Models

Honda hybrid models have come a long way since the first hybrid vehicle was released in the U.S. in 1999. New technology has made hybrid and electric vehicles more usable for everyday commuters. The 2021 hybrid Honda models in Van Nuys, CA have evolved by leaps and bounds in the ensuing two decades. Let’s have a look at some of these models.

Honda CR-V Hybrid

The 2021 model of the Honda CR-V Hybrid is fitted with a two-motor hybrid powertrain and standard Real-Time All-Wheel-Drive. Customizable drive modes are also available, including Sport, EV, and Econ. The Honda CR-V has the honor of being the first vehicle in the Honda lineup to get a hybrid variant in the U.S.

Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid

The Honda Clarity has an impressive all-electric range, making it possible to run short errands on battery power alone. Drivers can set the car on all-electric mode and let the battery power run out, in which the gas-powered engine kicks in. Easily charge the Honda Clarity in your home with a standard outlet or at one of the thousands of public charging stations across the city.

Honda Insight

Like its Honda CR-V Hybrid cousin, the Honda Insight has the same power-saving driving modes – Sport, EV, and Econ. The Honda Sensing® suite of driver-assisted and safety technology comes standard. As a compact sedan that slots above the Honda Civic, the Honda Insight is a good choice for those who prefer the nimble handling of a Honda Civic but with just a tad more interior space.

  1. Hybrid models of Honda are rocking. I have drove a Honda Fit Hybrid full option and the options are endless. This car have a seat heater in it which is a blessing as far as I can see. Honda has done some great work on their Hybrid products.
